Terms of Use

You need an account with a verified email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account, including actions of members you invite.

The service is intended for businesses and sole traders. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

Current plans, prices and limits are published on the website and in the application under “Plan and billing”. Prices are in US dollars.

Every new account gets the Pro plan for 14 days with no card required. After the trial the account moves to the free Starter plan until you choose a paid one. Your data is kept.

A plan applies to the owner of the projects: invited members do not pay for access.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates and remits your local taxes, handles payment enquiries and processes refunds.

A paid plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month or every year. The renewal is charged to your saved payment method at the start of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time in the application: Profile → Plan and billing → Cancel subscription. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

When you change plans within a paid period, the difference for the remaining days is charged or credited right away. The calculation is shown before you confirm.

If a renewal payment fails, the plan stays active for 7 more days, after which the account moves to Starter. Your data is kept.

We notify you by email at least 30 days before a renewal at a changed price.

The service is sold by subscription and can be tried for free, so paid periods are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Details and exceptions are in the Refund Policy.

Data you upload or connect (Sellerboard exports, Amazon Ads reports, plans, products, inventory) remains yours. We use it only to run the service.

You confirm that you have the right to provide this data. Shareable reports are published by you, and you decide who gets the link; a link can be revoked at any time.

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You must not:

• circumvent plan limits, guess passwords or access projects that are not yours;
• create load that disrupts the service or scrape data by automated means beyond reasonable use;
• resell access to the service without our written consent;
• upload data you have no right to share, or malicious code.

Amazon Dash is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Sellerboard, Helium 10 or Telegram; all names belong to their owners.

Some features depend on third-party services: Sellerboard exports, Amazon Ads reports, Telegram and an AI model provider. We are not responsible for their availability or changes on their side, but we work to adapt the service quickly.

Figures, forecasts, advertising recommendations and AI reviews are analytical material. They depend on the completeness and accuracy of the source data and are not financial, tax or legal advice. Purchasing, pricing and advertising decisions are yours.

The service, its code, design and texts belong to us. For as long as your account exists you receive a non-exclusive right to use the service in your business within the limits of your plan.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance and outages may occur. The service evolves, so features may be added or changed. We give advance notice of any material reduction of a paid plan.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, with email notice where possible. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us: data is erased within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after that date you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This does not deprive consumers of the protection granted by the mandatory law of their country. We try to resolve disputes by correspondence first and reply to a claim within 30 days.
