Privacy Policy
Last updated September 22, 2026
This policy explains how Individual Entrepreneur Solodovnik Danil (IP Solodovnik Danil), trading as Impact Launch, the Republic of Kazakhstan, IIN/BIN 021106550775, processes data on impact-launch.com and in the application at dash.impact-launch.com. For any data question, write to info@impact-launch.com.
1. Data we process
- account data: email, name, password hash, language and appearance settings, sign-in times;
- website enquiry data: email, Telegram handle, company name, comment;
- project working data: products, plans, sales and costs from Sellerboard exports, Amazon Ads reports, inventory, tasks. This is your business data; it contains no personal data of Amazon buyers, and you should not upload any;
- Sellerboard export URLs — stored encrypted;
- Telegram link: the ID of the chat you connected for reports;
- subscription details: plan, status, dates, Paddle customer and subscription IDs. Card details never reach us — they are processed by Paddle;
- technical data: IP address, browser type, request logs — for security and brute-force protection.
2. Why
We do not sell data and do not use your working data for advertising.
- to provide the service and perform our contract with you;
- to send service emails: address verification, invoices, deadline reminders and digests you have enabled;
- to protect accounts and the service from abuse;
- to answer enquiries and requests;
- to comply with the law, including payment record-keeping.
3. Who receives data
Only those without whom the service cannot work, and only as much as they need:
- Paddle.com — payments, invoices, taxes, refunds (email, country, order details);
- hosting providers — servers and backups;
- email provider — delivery of service emails;
- Telegram — delivery of reports to the chat you connected;
- AI model provider (Anthropic) — only when you start an AI review yourself: calculation figures are sent, without account data;
- Helium 10 — only if you connected your own Helium 10 account for the research section;
- public authorities — where the law expressly requires it.
4. International transfers
Servers and the providers listed above may be located outside your country. In such cases we rely on the providers' contractual data protection commitments.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, traffic sources and request submissions in aggregate form, and sets its own cookies for that. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off, and the data is not used for advertising. You can stop the collection by blocking cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.
The application uses no advertising trackers or third-party counters. Your browser stores only technical records: application sign-in, language and theme. The Paddle payment window may set its own cookies required for payment and fraud prevention.
6. Retention
- account and project data — for as long as the account exists; after a deletion request we erase it within 30 days;
- database backups — the last 14 copies are kept and overwritten, for no longer than 30 days;
- website enquiries — while we are in contact about the enquiry and until you ask us to delete them;
- request logs — up to 90 days;
- payment records — as long as accounting law requires.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent to emails. Write to info@impact-launch.com from your account address — we reply within 30 days. If you believe we infringe your rights, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes, export URLs are stored encrypted, server access is restricted, and brute-force protection is in place. No protection is absolute: we will notify you without delay of any significant incident affecting your data.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy by email or in the application before they take effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
